The hotel is situated about 30 km south of Mombasa in the south coast dream land of Kenya. It consists of modern facilities about 200m from the wonderrful white sand beaches of the Indian Ocean and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shopping center.
The hotel buildings are on a tropical garden, with palm trees, bougainvilleas and flowers. An original shaped nice swimming pool is situated on the garden.
The hotel was built in typical African sttyle with material mostly found in the area and has original sophisticated designed two storey architecture. Diani Palm Resort is a technical massive construction. The hotel area of more than 4000m2 is fully developed.
The hotel has 22 hotel rooms. The 22 comfortably equipped double rooms all haave a bath or shower with toilet, a terrace or balcony, air conditioner, fridge, television, safe.
The hotel has also a big restaurant with a sittiing capacity of 60 guests , a hotel kitchen a modern reception, a big open air bar for drinks and a la carte menus, facilities for massage, a boutiquee, telephone bureau, a bureau for foreign exchange, a laundry and a workshop etc. within the hotel compound is enough car-parking place.

The opening of the hotel was successfully in 1995 and the expansion followed in 1997. Renovvations were done every year.
