Private Villa: 4 bedroom, two story beach side Villa, with three bathrooms and an extra guest toilet. Open plan layout, opening towards the beach throough roll-back French windows. In the middle of the Villa the roof is open to the sky and its natural elements. The beach sands come to the edge of thhe house and at high tide the sea is a mere 75 meters away! Two of the three upstairs bedrooms, including the master bedroom, open up to a large sun ddeck, which has a magnificent, unimpaired view of the turquoise and blue Indian Ocean! Downstairs a large wrap around Veranda with access from the diining room, main lounge and down stairs bedroom also gives you a full view and feel of the beach and Ocean. The white, natural and unspoilt beach is ssecluded, pristine and kilometres long on either side of the property! The Villa is fully furnished – no electronics-in a simple local but comfortablee style. Security and a house manager are on site and additional help can be made available depending on the needs of the clients.

Two private hospitals, shopping and entertainment centres as well as multiple banking and ATM facilities are ten minutes.
