You will live in a wonderful, newly built African house with typical high Makuti roof (palm roof). Everything is on one level; you do not have to go up any stairs! You can enjoy the pure exotic Africa feeling, but stilll live in a comfortable European style. The bedrooms have air conditioning. In the middle of the property you will find the large pool, a round pavillion (covered dining area), a grill and a large pond with fish, water lilies and a water fall. Everything is beautifully illuminated and looks great aat night! A gardener takes care of the tropical, lush and 5500 m² large garden and the pool, a maid / cook takes care of order and cleanliness and cann cook according to your wishes. She is available throughout the entire day. At night, the property is protected by a night guard. The personnel are iincluded in the rental price. You can lay back and just enjoy the holiday. You can also send personnel to go shopping; even through the new supermarkeet is just a stone's throw away.

The large bedrooms are comfortably furnished. Each room has a builtt-in cabinet and the master bedroom has a safe for your valuables. Both bedrooms have controllable quiet air conditioning. Furthermore, the beds have mosquito nets. The bed sheets are changed regularly.

Der Marula Park liegt genau in der Mitte der Diani Beach Road, ganz nah am neuen Baharini Shopping - Cennter. Von hier aus ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Direkt hinter uns ist der Tauchclub und das 40thieves, die schönste Beachbar. Der unglaublich weiße puderfeine Sandstrand ist 200 Meter vom Haus. Vom Flughafen können wir Sie abholen lassen, er ist ca. 45 km entfernt. Fähre. Entdecken Sie das Haus und den tropischen Garten mit den Affen und Buschbabies. Lassen Sie sich vom Personal verwöhnen und genießen Sie Ihren wohlverdienten Urlaub! Unser GGrundstück ist immer schön windig , so läßt es sich sehr gut aushalten!
Das Haus ist für 5 Personen eingerichtet, mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern ( 1 MMasterbedroom mit großem Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Im großen Wohnzimmer steht auch noch 1 Einzelbett.
Das gemütliche Wohnziimmer ist mit einer Couchgarnitur eingerichtet und hat einen Fernseher mit DVD Player, vielen DVDs und einer Musikanlage mit vielen CDs.
Auf der übberdachten Terrasse steht ein großer Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen sowie eine Couchecke mit Tisch.
